Where is your jewelry made?

All of our jewelry is made in Kailua, Oahu - Hawaii. Each piece is crafted by hand using a deliberate, hands-on process from start to finish.

What materials do you use?

We work primarily with 14k gold filled and sterling silver (925 or 999), combined with natural elements such as shells, beach glass, pearls, stones, and select gemstones.

Because we use natural materials, each piece is unique and may vary slightly in color, texture, or shape.

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes. Every piece is handcrafted and finished by hand. No two pieces are exactly alike, and subtle variation is part of the design.

How do your drops work?

Our jewelry is released in limited drops. Each piece is pre-made and available in small quantities.

Once a piece is claimed during a drop, it is no longer available. Drops are not restocked.

How quickly do orders ship?

Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours after purchase.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Optional upgrades such as insurance or signature confirmation are available upon request for an additional cost.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because our pieces are sold in limited drops, all sales are final.

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

• The item received is incorrect
• The item arrives damaged during shipping

How do I know my ring size?

We recommend measuring a ring you already own or using a string or paper strip method to determine your size.

If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Will the cuffs fit my wrist?

Our cuffs are designed to be adjustable and fit most wrists and lower forearms, approximately 6–8 inches in circumference.

They can be gently adjusted for comfort. Repeated bending should be avoided.

Can I wear my jewelry in water?

You can shower with your jewelry and swim in the ocean. We recommend rinsing with fresh water afterward and drying thoroughly.

Avoid exposure to chlorine, harsh chemicals, and cleaning agents.

Are the natural materials fragile?

Shells, beach glass, pearls, and stones are durable but naturally delicate.

A hard impact may cause cracking or scratching. The metal setting is strong, but care should be taken during wear.

Do you accept custom orders?

Tropical Gangster focuses on curated, limited-edition drops. Custom orders are not offered through this brand.

Custom work may be available through our Aloha Bangles studio.

Will sold-out pieces be restocked?

No. Once a piece sells out, it will not be restocked.

Future drops may explore similar materials or styles, but each release is unique.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping availability may vary. If international shipping is available at checkout, delivery times will vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
