All orders ship from Hawaii.

Despite the distance, shipping from the islands is generally fast and reliable.

• West Coast (including California): Approximately 3–5 business days
• Central U.S.: Approximately 4–6 business days

Orders will ship once any additional shipping invoices are paid.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines and handling are outside our control. If a package is delayed or appears lost, we will assist in communicating with the carrier whenever possible.
