Returns & Exchanges
All items are sold as part of limited drops and produced in small quantities. Because of this, all sales are final.
Please review product details, sizing information, and care guidelines carefully before purchasing.
Eligible Issues
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
- The item received is not what was ordered
- The item arrives damaged during shipping
Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. We do not ship defective items.
Reporting an Issue
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
When reaching out, include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
This allows us to assess the issue quickly and accurately.
Resolution Process
Once an issue is confirmed, we will work with you to resolve it by:
- Replacing the item (if available), or
- Offering a store credit or refund, depending on availability
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sizing issues
- Change of mind
- Wear-related damage
- Normal variation in natural materials
Each piece is unique, and slight variations are part of the design.
Important Notes
- Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that fall outside these guidelines
